Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your eyeglasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses, please contact our Customer Service Team via email: cs@eyeplus.ca or phone number at 604 238 9899. We will assist you with an exchange or a return. An electronic shipping label and instructions of mailing the item(s) will be provided to you.
Contact Lenses: Item(s) must be in their original condition(s). We accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unmarked, and uncut boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.
Eyeglasses / Sunglasses: Item(s) must be returned in their original condition(s) with all packaging. They must be in new unworn condition and returned in their complementary cases within 15 days of delivery.
Note:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus shipping charges.
All refunds, exchanges, and warranties are subject to inspection. Any items that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
